We will deliver your goods at a time convenient to you to the place indicated by you!
- We will deliver your ordered goods to any area of Lithuania. The goods available on stock are delivered within 1-3 days. Transportation services are executed by CJSC “Venipak Lietuva”, and delivery price depends on package weight. In case of big delivery we can delivery your goods by our own transport after preliminary agreement about price with CJSC “STOGŲ ZONA”, Tel. No. +37065940446, +37065940445.
- The residents of Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipeda, Siauliai, Panevezys, Alytus have a possibility to choose the most convenient time of delivery for an extra fee: from 8.00 to 14.00, from 14.00 to 17.00 or from 18.00 to 22.00. If you do not choose time of delivery your goods can be delivered to you every working day from 10.00 to 16.00.
Goods delivery time is 1-2 days starting from confirmation of order (when payment for goods is made in accordance with VAT invoice). Goods delivery can be late if we do not receive payment in time, if you indicated your data incorrectly or if a delivery man cannot find you at indicated time of delivery.

Acceptance of goods
Accepting goods a receiver must inspect if the package is undamaged. If the package is damaged a receiver has a right not to accept the package or unpack the package in the present of a delivery man and check goods quality. In case of any damages a receiver must make a note of it in documents, get a delivery man’s signature and immediately get in touch with the sender. Failing this a receiver will not be le to make any claims to the sender.
Notes:
- If a delivery man has to wait for you, you will have to pay it. This time is started to be calculated 10 minutes after a delivery man comes a Sender or a Receiver. So, indicating the delivery address it is necessary to know if a person able to accept the delivery will be able to be at the indicated address from 10.00 to 16.00. If you do not have such possibility, you should speak to the administration of CJSC „STOGŲ ZONA“ about other delivery time or place.
- If the package is delivered to the Curonian Spit it is charged additionally 41,96 EUR.
- The delivery of goods whose weight is more than 700 kg should be arranged with the manager.
- Goods lifting is charged additionally – 14.69 EUR.
